All event entries must be completed on-line. All entry fees must be paid by Interac e-Transfers. YOU MUST MAKE A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR EACH EVENT. Please refer to page 9 of the 2026 V&D Handbook for details. Fees non-refundable if you cancel 48 hours or less prior to the event. Convener will confirm your entry when received. They will no longer be posted on this website.
32 team limits for all events. Entries are on a ‘first-come,first-served’ basis as long as the draw is even. Last team to enter, if an odd number, will be placed on a wait list. No phone reservations.
